Anna Mae "Ann" Charlton 88 of Lindside passed away Thursday March 29, 2018 at her home. Born July 19, 1929 in Wolf Creek, VA she was a daughter of the late Grover and Carrie Chisenhall Nowlin.
Ann as she was known retired from Celanese in Narrows, loved to crochet and read her bible. She was a longtime memeber of the Lindside Christian Church. She was preceded in death by her husband Z. G. "Buck" Charlton, sister Geraldine Bessler and one brother James Nowlin.
She is survived by one daughter Cathy Boggess (Keith) of Peterstown, WV, two sons Rickie Charlotn (Shelby) and Dickie Charlton both of Lindside, one sister Gladys Canterbury of Sandusky, OH And the apple of her eyes, her 6 Grandchildren and 12 Great-Grandchildren.
Graveside services will be held at Orchard Cemetery on Monday April 2, 2018 at 2:00 PM with Pastor Gary Hazelwood officiating. Grandsons will serve as pallbearers.
